Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enhance existing Java applications to meet changing business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Participate in agile development methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on Java 8 and above.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Java applications and services.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.




- Good understanding of software development life cycles, including development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with source control management tools, such as Git.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.

- Valuable understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases).
- Good understanding of database design principles and best practices.
