The Role

- Contribute to the next generation of a global leader's SaaS platform, leveraging AI to enhance customer service in the Contact Center.
- Design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable microservices.
- Apply expertise in cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to solve complex platform challenges.
- Gain deep knowledge of existing systems and actively contribute to their design and modernization.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting and diving deep into the software stack.
- Collaborate with peers in a high-performing team workplace, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

What You'll Need





- 6+ years of software development experience in Java with Spring Boot.
- 3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing and building highly available, scalable applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud design principles, virtualization, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, event processing, large-scale data storage, and security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
