Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Primary Skills (Mandatory):

- Java 8: Strong expertise in Java 8, with hands-on experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications.

- Spring Framework: In-depth knowledge and experience working with Spring, Spring Boot for developing enterprise-level applications.

- REST/SOAP: Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP-based web services.

- Microservices: Expertise in developing microservices architecture, with knowledge of service orchestration, communication, and security.

- Maven/Gradle: Strong understanding of build automation tools such as Maven and Gradle.

- BDD (Behavior Driven Development): Experience in applying BDD principles for effective software development.

- MongoDB: Hands-on experience in working with MongoDB, including schema design, performance tuning, and integration.

Secondary Skills (Positive to Have):

- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

- TDD (Test Driven Development): Exposure to test-driven development practices and their application in real-world projects.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable Java-based applications.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Implement RESTful and SOAP-based APIs for integration with internal and external systems.

- Utilize Spring Boot for building microservices and follow best practices for maintaining modular and scalable code.

- Apply BDD and TDD methodologies to ensure quality and reliability of software.

- Manage MongoDB databases and optimize queries and data structures for performance.

- Work with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployments.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the development process.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Proven experience in Spring, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP, Microservices.

- Solid understanding of software development principles like BDD/TDD.

- Experience with MongoDB for database management.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
