Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues and develop high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and products.
- Write clean, effective, and well-documented Java code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the team's overall coding quality.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Participate in the planning, estimation, and execution of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide status updates.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the team's codebase remains maintainable and scalable.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in Java 8 and above, with experience in Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, principles, and software architecture.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.




- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide creative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Java 8 and above, with experience in Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.

- Experience with source control management tools, such as Git or SVN.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools, such as Docker.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python, with a focus on data science or machine learning.
