We are seeking an experienced Java Architect with AWS to design and lead the development of large-scale cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, AWS cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. This role will be responsible for defining architecture standards, driving cloud modernization initiatives, and providing technical leadership across project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define application and solution architecture for enterprise-scale platforms.
- Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring ecosystem.
- Lead AWS cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Drive architecture governance, scalability, security, and performance best practices.
- Establish CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to create solution roadmaps.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Enable observability, monitoring, and operational excellence across applications.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
