Instrucko is seeking a passionate and experienced Japanese Language Instructor & Content Developer to join our global education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate Japanese language lessons to children aged 3 to 15 years, while also supporting the development and improvement of Japanese learning content.

The candidate should have a strong command of Japanese and a genuine passion for working with young learners. Experience in creating educational content, worksheets, activities, lesson plans, or digital learning resources will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, engaging Japanese language lessons tailored to children aged 3–15 years and different proficiency levels.
- Teach Japanese through age-appropriate activities focusing on speaking, listening, vocabulary, reading, writing, grammar, and everyday communication.
- Create and adapt engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities, games, stories, and practice materials for young learners.
- Support the development of structured Japanese learning content for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop interactive activities that make Japanese learning enjoyable and practical for children.
- Incorporate Japanese culture, real-life situations, storytelling, visual learning, and games into lessons and learning resources.
- Review existing Japanese learning materials and suggest improvements for accuracy, age-appropriateness, and learner engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning.




- Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and the Instrucko academic team.
- Collaborate with the content and academic teams to continuously improve the Japanese learning experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Education, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field.
- Strong command of Japanese and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Prior experience teaching Japanese to children or young learners.
- Experience with online teaching is preferred.
- Robust understanding of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and writing systems.
- Experience creating educational content, worksheets, lesson plans, or digital learning resources is preferred.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- A creative and child-focused approach to teaching and content development.
