Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate with positive communication skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good English communication and conversational skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and prospective participants over the phone
- Knowledge of Tamil / Hindi / other regional languages will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update lead details

Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Naukri, social media, digital campaigns, and other sources
- Contact leads for various opportunities including training programs, job opportunities, internships, and hiring requirements
- Understand the lead's interest and provide relevant information about the opportunity
- Handle queries and address basic concerns during the call
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads and support conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and lead status




- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams for further processing of interested candidates
- Achieve daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets

Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Customer Engagement, Inside Sales, or Recruitment
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage
- Comfortable with high-volume calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion
- Immediate joiners preferred
