Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- 35 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Experience in recruiting Trainers / Training Professionals will be preferred
- Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Trainers for various training programs and projects
- Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, and project requirements
- Conduct initial discussions and coordinate interviews and selection processes
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand trainer requirements and hiring needs




- Ensure timely closure of trainer positions as per project requirements

Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with prior experience in Trainer Recruitment / Training Staffing
- Candidates with experience in volume hiring or recruitment for multiple locations
- Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
