IVF Coordinator –

Location: Banashankari, Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant IVF / Fertility Centre experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the complete patient journey from consultation to IVF treatment and follow-up.
- Handle patient counselling and explain IVF treatment procedures, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, scans, procedures, investigations, and follow-ups with doctors and the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryology, nursing, lab, pharmacy, and billing teams for smooth patient care.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, medications, and treatment schedules.
- Address patient queries professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital protocols.




- Support the team in daily IVF-related coordination and administrative activities.

Required Skills:

- Relevant IVF/Fertility Centre experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of IVF treatment processes and terminology.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Empathetic, patient-friendly, and professional approach.

Preferred: Candidates with experience as an IVF Coordinator / Fertility Coordinator / IVF Counsellor in a hospital or fertility centre. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
