- Hands-on experience with Ivanti modules such as Ivanti Application Device Control/ Ivanti Environment Manager/ Ivanti Management Console Ivanti Endpoint Manager / Ivanti Neurons (as applicable) including agent management, device inventory, policy/configuration, and reporting ·
- Strong knowledge of patch management lifecycle (assessment, deployment, validation, rollback) and software distribution practices ·
Experience troubleshooting agent communication issues, failed deployments, scan failures, content replication/distribution issues, and endpoint compliance gaps ·
- Good understanding of Windows OS internals (Windows 10/11) and basic server concepts; ability to interpret logs and event traces ·
- Knowledge of security best practices for endpoint management, including least privilege, segregation of duties,
and audit readiness ·
Experience with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem), coordinating with multiple teams, and owning escalations end-to-end ·
