– ITSM Architect (ServiceNow) – HRSD & Integration Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, platform governance, and digital transformation initiatives while designing scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions across IT and HR domains. The role requires robust stakeholder management, architectural leadership, and hands-on knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Azure AD, Active Directory, and other third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

- Define and govern end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead discovery, architecture workshops, and solution design reviews.
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices, OOTB capabilities, and platform governance.

ITSM Leadership

- Architect and implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLA Management processes.
- Drive ITIL-aligned service management transformations.
- Design and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

HRSD Expertise

- Lead implementation of HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Journey solutions.
- Design onboarding, offboarding,



employee transfers, and HR operational processes.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve employee experience and service delivery.

Integration Architecture

- Design and implement integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Integration Hub
- MID Server
- OAuth/SAML authentication mechanisms

- Integrate ServiceNow with:

- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Payroll and HR systems
- Third-party ITSM and enterprise applications

- Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and reliability of integrations.

Technical Leadership

- Provide guidance to developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Establish coding standards, governance frameworks, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor teams and drive technical excellence.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business leaders, HR teams, IT leadership, and vendors.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
- Present architecture recommendations to senior stakeholders.
