Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy applications.
- Configure and enhance BMC Remedy AR System, forms, active links, filters, escalations, and workflow.
- Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, reconciliation rules, datasets, and data models.
- Configure and manage Digital Workplace (DWP) Catalog services and workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations between BMC Helix and third-party applications.

Mandatory Skills
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM/Remedy Development.

- Strong experience in

- BMC Remedy AR System

- BMC CMDB
- BMC Digital Workplace (DWP) Catalog
- ITSM Modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request)
- Experience in workflow development using Filters, Active Links, Escalations, Menus, and Forms.
- Knowledge of REST API integrations and web services.
- Exposure to at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Robust knowledge of SQL Queries, Database Design, and Troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
