We are seeking a skilled ITI Fitter / Mechanical Technician with hands-on experience in machine maintenance, mechanical fitting, and calibration activities. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, safety-conscious, and capable of handling mechanical systems and instruments efficiently to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and installation of machinery and equipment.

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.

- Carry out calibration of instruments, gauges, and mechanical tools.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.

- Maintain equipment performance records and calibration logs.

- Support production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.

- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards during maintenance activities.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of mechanical tools, instruments, and machine maintenance.

- Hands-on experience in calibration of instruments and gauges.

- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics,



and mechanical assemblies.

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and diagrams.

- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel) will be an added advantage.

- Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical / B.Sc (Mechanical or Industrial Science)

- Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing, process, or calibration industry.

- Candidates with exposure to ISO / NABL calibration procedures will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
