Qualifications: ITI Passout / Pursuing (Electrical, Electronics, Instrument Mechanic, or related technical streams preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble LED light fixtures, drivers, PCBs, and housing components according to standard operating procedures.

- Perform basic wiring, soldering, and electrical testing to ensure quality standards.

- Operate production tools, testing benches, and light equipment safely.

- Conduct visual and functional checks on finished products before packaging.

- Assist in maintaining stock records for raw materials and finished goods on the production line.

- Follow factory safety protocols and keep the assembly line clean and organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical,



Electronics, Wireman, Fitter, or similar technical fields.

- Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or production is a plus.

- Skills:

- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, color coding, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeter).

- Valuable manual dexterity and attention to detail for fine assembly work.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
