ServiceNow ITAM Developer specializing in SAMPro and HAMPro to manage asset lifecycle, compliance, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support SAMPro and HAMPro
- Configure software asset lifecycle, normalization, reconciliation
- Manage hardware asset lifecycle (procure to retire)
- Ensure license compliance and optimization
- Integrate asset data with CMDB, procurement, and discovery
- Create reports and dashboards

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAMPro and HAMPro
- Understanding of software licensing and compliance models
- Experience in asset lifecycle workflows
- Knowledge of CMDB and ITOM integration
- Scripting and customization skills

Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)

- ✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ✅ Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) – Mandatory
- ✅ Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) – Preferred
