- Provide day-to-day IT technical support for cinema theatre operations.
- Troubleshoot computer, desktop, printer, software and hardware issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic network infrastructure.
- Support POS, ticketing systems and cinema-related applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems, DVR/NVR and related equipment.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows OS, software and IT peripherals.
- Perform basic server monitoring, system maintenance and backups.
- Maintain IT equipment, assets and technical records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware, software and network issues.
- Attend technical issues on priority to ensure smooth cinema operations.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.




- Knowledge of Hardware, Networking, LAN/Wi-Fi and Software Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CCTV, POS and ticketing systems will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
