Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, software, networking, CCTV, servers, and technical troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and providing timely technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and fix Windows, software, application and system errors.
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers and switches.
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.
- Provide basic support for servers and network infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain the IT Asset Register, including allocation, movement, repair and replacement records.
- Perform regular IT system maintenance, software updates, antivirus checks and backups.
- Handle employee IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, networking and CCTV services.




- Maintain records of IT complaints, repairs, maintenance and service activities.
- Ensure IT systems and equipment are properly maintained and available for daily operations.

Required Skills
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP networking and internet troubleshooting.
- Experience with printers, CCTV, DVR/NVR and basic server support.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and preventive maintenance.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT support experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate setting will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A hands-on IT professional who can independently identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and IT infrastructure issues with minimum downtime. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
