Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team in Chennai. The role involves providing technical support to customers/users, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and assisting with day-to-day technical operations.

The position also involves exposure to inside sales, lead generation, Go-To-Market (GTM), and business development activities, providing candidates with an opportunity to develop both technical and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical support to users and customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and basic network-related issues.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems within defined timelines.

Respond to customer/user queries and provide appropriate technical assistance.

Maintain proper records of technical issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.

Assist with customer communication and support activities.

Support inside sales and lead generation activities.

Assist in customer outreach and follow-up activities.

Participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.

Support business development activities and customer engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.





Basic understanding of networking concepts is an advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Willingness to work from the office in Chennai.

Interest in learning both technical support and business development activities.

Qualification

Any Bachelors degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Freshers and candidates with relevant IT support experience may apply.
