We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong IT Recruitment & Staffing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring/manage active client requirements.

Strong experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing

Existing client relationships / active client accounts

Strong LinkedIn network & connections

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Good understanding of IT technologies & technical JDs

Strong candidate sourcing, screening & coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
- Source & screen quality IT candidates




- Manage client requirements & submissions
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Bring/manage client accounts & generate new requirements
- Coordinate interviews, offers & joining
- Achieve successful recruitment closures
- Use LinkedIn, Job Portals & Boolean Search for sourcing

Preferred

- IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience
- Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
