IT TECHNICAL TRAINER – JOB DESCRIPTIONRole Objective

Responsible for delivering effective technical training, ensuring student learning outcomes, maintaining training quality, and supporting students in developing practical and industry-ready technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical sessions as per the assigned syllabus and schedule.
- Explain concepts clearly through practical demonstrations and hands-on activities.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion and maintain training quality.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, projects, and practical evaluations.
- Monitor student understanding, progress, attendance, and performance.
- Provide feedback and additional support where required.
- Maintain training records, lesson plans, and assessment documentation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and skilled standards.
- Support students in developing technical and job-ready skills.
- Coordinate with the Technical Head, Operations, and Placement Team as required.
- Follow company policies, attendance procedures, reporting requirements,



and management instructions.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Relevant technical certifications and practical project experience will be an added advantage.
