Liberating Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and telephony systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with VICIdial, LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi management, desktop setup, and technical troubleshooting. Experience in lead generation for international markets will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Install, configure, and maintain VICIdial and related telephony systems.

- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Perform desktop/laptop setup, software installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain user accounts, system access, and security protocols.
- Provide technical support to employees and call center operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Generate and manage lead lists for international campaigns,



particularly for overseas markets.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and support records.

REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong hands-on experience with VICIdial Administration and Support.

- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN Networking, Routing, Switching, and Wi-Fi Configuration.
- Experience in Desktop Support, Hardware Troubleshooting, and System Configuration.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and basic server management.
- Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, and Call Management Systems.
- Understanding of network security and data backup procedures.
- Experience in international lead generation and data research.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience supporting international sales or call center operations. • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes is desirable.
