We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, resolve complex IT issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incidents, service requests & escalations within SLA
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, hardware & software
- Manage Active Directory & Group Policy
- Support Microsoft 365 / Exchange
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi & firewall issues
- Provide basic support for VMware/Hyper-V & endpoint security
- Perform RCA and document troubleshooting solutions
- Use ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA or Freshdesk

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years in IT Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk / IT Operations
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory & networking
- Basic PowerShell/Bash scripting exposure
- Robust communication and customer-service skills
