Job Title: IT Support Executive

Location: Raipur

Experience: 1–3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day IT-related issues of employees.
- Install and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other devices.
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi and network issues.
- Manage basic software and system-related problems.
- Support CCTV and biometric systems.
- Maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
- Assist employees with email, MS Office and other applications.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for technical issues.
- Ensure regular backup of important data.
- Maintain basic IT security and system records.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Valuable troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing/plant experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
