About the Role

Wenodo is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with day-to-day IT operations, employee technical support, system troubleshooting, and basic application/product-related support.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in IT Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, or Product Support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot issues and IT Set-up for Recent joiners.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and applications.
- Support employees with basic troubleshooting of company products/applications.
- Identify and document technical issues and escalate complex issues to the relevant IT/Product team.
- Assist with user account creation, system setup, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
- Monitor and respond to IT support requests and follow up until resolution.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with the Product/Engineering team when technical issues require further investigation.




- Maintain basic documentation of common technical issues and their solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP, Wi-Fi, LAN, DNS, etc.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced product-based environment.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of IT helpdesk/ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with SaaS or web-based applications.
- Basic understanding of databases or SQL.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting browser, application, and login-related issues.
- Basic understanding of IT security practices.
