IT & Technology Executive / Team Member

Job Purpose The Technology & IT Support Team will manage the organization's websites, applications, IT infrastructure, technical support, software systems, and day-to-day technology operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Design & Development

- Design, develop, maintain, and update websites.
- Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and user-friendly.
- Manage domains, hosting, SSL, DNS, backups, and website issues.
- Coordinate with design and content teams when required.

2. Mobile & Application Development
- Develop, maintain, and improve mobile and web applications.
- Integrate APIs, databases, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Test applications and resolve technical issues.
- Manage application updates and deployments.

3. Software Development & Automation
- Develop internal software and digital tools.
- Automate repetitive business processes.
- Create dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Maintain and improve existing software systems.

4. IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage computers, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email, and IT resources.




- Maintain IT assets, backups, and technical documentation.

5. IT Helpdesk & Technical Support
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, email, and system issues.
- Resolve IT support requests within required timelines.
- Maintain records of technical issues and solutions.

6. Network & Connectivity Management
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, routers, switches, and related equipment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with internet and network service providers.

7. Database & Data Management
- Maintain databases and ensure regular backups.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting.
- Manage appropriate access to organizational data.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of web and application development.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and networking.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT tasks and projects.

Reporting

Reports To: IT Manager / Head of IT / Management

Works With: All departments, management, external IT vendors, developers, and service providers.

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
