Role : IT Support Intern

Location : Bangalore & Ahmedabad (work from office - 5 days)

Skills Required:

- Basic Networking
- Basic Windows, Linux and Mac O/S, (OS deployment, User management, Patch deployment, Software deployment)
- Asset management,
- Basic Hardware troubleshoot,
- Basic Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365 Apps)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-level IT support for networking issues, including basic troubleshooting of connectivity, IP configuration, and LAN setups.
2. Manage and support Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, including OS deployment, user account management, patch deployment, and software installation/deployment.
3. Maintain and update IT asset records, tracking hardware and software inventory across the organization.
4. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues on desktops, laptops,



and peripherals.
5. Support end users on Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other Office 365 apps. Log, track, and escalate tickets as required, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
6. Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, connectivity troubleshooting). Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, including deployment and user management tasks.
7. Understanding of asset management practices.
8. Basic hardware troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Office apps).
