Key Responsibilities:-

1. Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
3. Provide network and Wi-Fi support and resolve connectivity issues.
4. Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
5. Perform system installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
6. Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve technical queries.
7. Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
8. Monitor and maintain IT equipment to ensure proper functioning.

9.Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support, repairs, and maintenance.
1. Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, technical issues, and support activities.





Required Skills:-

1. Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
2. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and software installation.
3. Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
4. Knowledge of PC, printer configuration and maintenance.
5. Basic understanding of IT asset and inventory management.
6. Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to provide timely and effective technical support to employees.
