Job Summary

We are looking for a IT Support Engineer with around 1 year of relevant experience to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and maintain the company’s IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve IT issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Manage employee email accounts, user accounts, system access, and basic permissions.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows systems; basic Linux knowledge will be an advantage.
- Perform software installation, updates, antivirus management, and system maintenance.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, hardware, software, and equipment.
- Assist with data backup, system security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Monitor IT equipment and identify issues requiring preventive maintenance or replacement.
- Maintain IT documentation,



issue logs, and service records.
- Support employees with video conferencing, meeting-room systems, and other office IT requirements.
- Assist in maintaining reliable and secure day-to-day IT operations.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in IT Support / Technical Support / System Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, hardware, and networking.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Good communication and employee-support skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus, and data backup practices.
- Good documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology organization will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, server administration, cloud services, or virtualization will be an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Ahmedabad will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
