1. IT Hardware Support

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT equipment. Identify hardware faults and coordinate repairs and replacements.

Handle RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, keyboard, mouse, and other hardware upgrades or replacements.

Understand hardware requirements and coordinate with vendors for procurement and installation.

1. IT Software & Application Support

Provide technical support for company software, applications, and systems. Identify software-related issues and resolve them or coordinate with the concerned third-party vendor/developer.

Handle software installation, configuration, updates, and user access-related requirements.

Understand company requirements and coordinate with third-party developers/vendors for required software changes, modifications, and improvements.

1. Third-Party & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with software developers, ERP/application vendors, AMC providers, Internet Service Providers, and other IT vendors. Understand business and departmental requirements and communicate them clearly to third-party vendors.

Follow up on requested software changes, developments, bug fixes, and technical issues.

Test and verify changes implemented by third-party vendors and collect user feedback.

1. User IT Support

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees. Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, software, login, and other technical issues.





Record IT complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Provide basic technical guidance and assistance to users.

1. IT Asset Management

Maintain an updated IT Asset Register for all hardware and equipment. Track hardware allocation, transfer, repair, replacement, and disposal.

Monitor warranty and AMC status and coordinate with vendors for service requirements.

1. Network & Connectivity Support

Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and Internet connectivity. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.

Coordinate with the ISP or network vendor for technical issues and required changes.

1. Requirement Analysis & System Improvement

Understand the IT requirements of different departments and users. Identify suitable hardware/software solutions according to company requirements.

Coordinate with third-party teams for system modifications, current features, integrations, and improvements.

Support testing and implementation of new systems or changes.

1. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper records of hardware, software, IT complaints, repairs, purchases, and vendor activities. Prepare IT-related reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Maintain records of software requirements, changes, and implementation status.

Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
