This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, user devices, and core applications used in global clinical supply chain operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, resolving hardware and software issues, implementing security measures, and managing user accounts and access controls. The IT Specialist will provide responsive technical support to internal teams, coordinate with vendors when needed, and document configurations and procedures for compliance and audit purposes.

The role also involves contributing to IT process improvements, assisting with system upgrades, and ensuring that IT services meet business continuity and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Information Technology foundation, including experience with operating systems, enterprise applications,



and IT service management.
- Hands-on Network Administration skills, such as configuring routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and monitoring network performance.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity issues, with structured problem-solving and documentation practices.
- Working knowledge of Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and adherence to security and data privacy policies.
- Customer Service orientation with explicit communication skills to support internal stakeholders and non-technical users.
- Familiarity with compliance-focused environments or standards (e.g., ISO 27001) is an advantage.
