IT Security Manager - Immediate Joinee

Job Summary The IT Security Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's cybersecurity program to protect IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, applications, and data assets. The role encompasses security operations, incident response, risk management, vulnerability management, governance, compliance, security awareness, and cyber resilience while fostering a robust security-first culture across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Operations & Incident Response Lead 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to security events. Oversee enterprise security monitoring and threat detection capabilities across networks, endpoints, applications, cloud platforms, and digital assets. Establish incident handling, escalation, communication, and reporting procedures. Lead response and recovery activities for cybersecurity incidents including ransomware, malware, phishing, insider threats, and data breaches.



Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions. Define incident response metrics and ensure compliance with response and resolution SLAs. Lead cyber crisis management and major incident coordination activities.

2. Vulnerability & Risk Management Own the enterprise vulnerability management program, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing remediation, and risk reduction initiatives. Assess, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and endpoints. Drive patch management governance and ensure timely closure of critical vulnerabilities. Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement risk mitigation strategies. Present security risk exposure and mitigation plans to management on a periodic basis Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
