Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales role based in Lucknow. The IT Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product presentations and demos, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.

The role also involves preparing sales proposals, negotiating terms, maintaining accurate sales records,



and achieving defined sales targets while representing the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in IT Sales and a strong understanding of Information Technology solutions and services.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with working in a target-driven environment and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in software or IT services sales, especially in web, mobile, or SEO solutions, is an advantage.
