Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales role based in Noida. The IT Sales professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities for Salesforce and related technology services, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product and solution presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and delivery teams to understand client requirements, shape solution offerings, and ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation. The IT Sales professional will maintain accurate sales pipelines, meet revenue targets, and provide market feedback to support continuous improvement of services and offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong IT Sales skills with a solid understanding of Information Technology and cloud-based CRM solutions.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and nurturing qualified opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities to handle client relationships, renewals, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; prior experience selling Salesforce services is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Candidates should possess positive analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and align them with appropriate technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications or sales training are beneficial.
