The Sales/Account Executive is expected to contribute to revenue growth through disciplined current business development, account management & growth, pipeline creation & opportunity progression, accurate CRM maintenance & reporting, timely & reliable forecasting, and effective collaboration with internal teams. The role requires consistent execution, timely communication, and accurate reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.

- Maintain a consistent outbound prospecting cadence.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Advance qualified opportunities through the sales process.

1. Account Management and Growth

- Maintain regular engagement with assigned accounts.

- Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support retention efforts through proactive client coverage.
- Escalate customer concerns and account risks in a timely manner.

1. Pipeline Development and Sales Execution





- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.

- Ensure opportunities are properly qualified based on need, fit, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Progress opportunities through the sales cycle in a timely and structured manner.
- Maintain accurate and complete opportunity data in CRM.

1. Forecasting and Reporting

- Provide timely and accurate forecasts based on current pipeline status.

- Keep CRM records and sales documentation current.
- Communicate deal risks, changes in customer priorities, and slippage promptly.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

1. Internal Collaboration & Learning

- Coordinate effectively with delivery, solutions, operations, and leadership teams.

- Ensure customer commitments are aligned with internal capabilities.
- Escalate issues as needed and support resolution efforts.
- Continuous learning of Milestone capabilities & offerings
