About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technology professionals for consulting projects and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand technical requirements and job descriptions received from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, and selection processes.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming consulting requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer closures with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, and hiring SLAs.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and technology professionals for future requirements.
- Stay updated on technology trends, IT skills, market availability, and hiring practices.

Required Skills




- 1–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, preferably in a consulting, staffing, or IT services setting.
- Good understanding of technical roles such as:
- Software Developers
- Java / .NET Developers
- Data Engineers / Data Scientists
- Cloud Engineers
- DevOps Engineers
- QA / Automation Engineers
- Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Cybersecurity professionals
- Infrastructure / Network professionals
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work against recruitment targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for multiple clients or consulting projects.
- Experience with ATS/recruitment CRM systems.
- Knowledge of current technology hiring trends and salary markets.
- Experience with contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent IT staffing is a plus.
