We are seeking passionate IT Recruiters to join our Domestic Staffing team. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for niche and super- niche IT roles, supporting both subcontract and FTE models, and ensuring seamless coordination with clients and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates. Source top talent using ATS, job portals, social networks, and direct headhunting. Engage candidates through regular communication and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Manage hiring for both Subcontracting and Full time roles. Work with delivery/account managers to fulfill GSI client hiring requirements. Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, reports, and recruitment dashboards.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly closure and pipeline goals.
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. Hands-on experience in sourcing and closing roles for Cloud, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Product Engineering domains. Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing portals, and LinkedIn
Recruiter. Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills. Familiarity with GSI account recruitment or large enterprise staffing models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities. Preferred Skills
Exposure to niche/super-niche technology hiring. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a passion for quality and speed in hiring.
