About the Role

Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals and should be comfortable working in the US shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to understand client requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Coordinate offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications




- 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in US IT recruitment/staffing will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work in the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift .

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment are preferred.
- Candidates who can work on-site from Porur, Chennai are preferred.
