- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for C2H roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate details in ATS/HRMS and track recruitment metrics.
