Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate submissions, follow-ups, and interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment.
- Positive understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
