About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3 years of experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct telephonic/video screening and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioural requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve assigned monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand changing recruitment requirements.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and industry hiring trends.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Software Developers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps,Cloud, Data, Microsoft, Azure, Java,Python and other IT positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in an IT recruitment consultancy or staffing company will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling multiple clients and bulk IT hiring requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment management systems.
- Experience in lateral and niche IT hiring.
