We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and India Contract Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other job portals.
- Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and QA.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, notice period and location.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Negotiate salary/rates and manage offers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and business teams.
- Meet recruitment targets and close positions within timelines.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of IT Recruitment experience.
- Experience in Contract Staffing / Contract-to-Hire.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and the Indian IT talent market.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under targets.
