Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Fixed Off

Experience: 3 Months – 1 Year in Recruitment / IT Recruitment

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Compensation: Up to ₹2.4 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1.5 LPA Incentives (Performance-Based)

About the Job

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates for various IT requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and references.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.





Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Candidates with 3–6 months HR internship/working experience can apply.

Candidates with 6–9 months or 6 months–1 year of recruitment experience can apply.

Candidates with prior working experience in recruitment can apply.

Positive communication skills are mandatory.

Basic understanding of IT roles and recruitment processes.

Sourcing experience through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job portals will be preferred.

Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidates

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates based in Jaipur preferred.

Candidates comfortable working from the office in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.
