Role Description The IT Recruiter (Target based/from consultancy) at CB TEAM is a full-time, remote role focused on sourcing and hiring top technical talent for client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding client requirements and drafting job postings to sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling technical interviews, and guiding candidates through the selection and offer process to meet defined hiring targets. The IT Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, use recruitment platforms and social media, update applicant tracking systems, and provide regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. This position requires close collaboration with the consulting team to ensure hiring strategies align with client needs and project timelines.

- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage the entire hiring process effectively.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills to identify and assess suitable technology professionals.
- Candidates should possess Hiring skills, including interviewing, evaluation, and offer management, to achieve defined recruitment targets.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment and meeting target-based recruitment goals is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
