We’re looking for someone who knows that successful recruitment is about understanding the requirement, exploring beyond the obvious, screening beyond the resume, and finding the right fit.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills, with 5-8 years of experience sourcing and placing candidates in a range of Information Technology roles.
- Demonstrated ability in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including requirements gathering, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.




- Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, roles, and tools to effectively assess candidate fit and communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate IT recruiting is preferred; experience in consulting or offshore/GIC environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
