We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various technical positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
- Contribute to a fast-paced and high-growth team
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
