Job Overview

ConsultBae is looking for an IT Recruiter to handle recruitment for IT and non-IT positions across multiple client requirements. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment delivery, along with understanding client requirements and supporting account-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for IT and non-IT positions through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.

- Understand job requirements, skill sets, experience, and client hiring expectations.

- Screen candidates assess their suitability for the role.

- Shortlist and submit relevant candidates within defined timelines.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback, selections, and closures.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data in ATS/CRM and internal trackers.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.





- Understand client-specific hiring needs and maintain accurate requirement updates.

- Support account-related activities through regular follow-ups, requirement tracking, and recruitment coordination.

- Manage multiple requirements while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Recruitment Consultancy.

- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred; exposure to non-IT hiring is an advantage.

- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.

- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS/CRM, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.

- Solid interest in client coordination and account management within recruitment.
