Required Skills
- 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
- Understanding of combination technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Maintain TAT time is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with clients and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
