Role Description The IT Recruiter Intern will support the talent acquisition team in identifying, sourcing, and engaging IT and technical candidates for various roles within the organization. This full-time, on-site position is based in Noida and involves managing candidate pipelines, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.

The intern will assist with job postings, initial candidate outreach, and communication,



while learning to understand role requirements and technical skill sets. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with hiring managers, updating recruitment trackers, and helping to ensure a positive candidate experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to IT recruitment processes and the opportunity to develop skills in qualified communication, stakeholder coordination, and basic HR operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Foundational understanding of IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for software, IT, and digital roles.
- Interest in Recruiting and Hiring processes, including candidate assessment and selection.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
