Role Description The IT Recruiter – Contract to Hire Position (2-3 Years) at Skeps is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technical positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The IT Recruiter will work closely with stakeholders to understand role requirements, create job postings, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and referrals.





Daily responsibilities include managing candidate communication, tracking recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system, supporting offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The position may also involve contributing to employer branding initiatives and refining recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with the ability to understand technical requirements and match them with suitable talent.
- Proven capability in Hiring and Recruiting for technology roles, preferably in fast-paced or growth-stage organizations.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and timelines.
- 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience; experience in fintech or IT services is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
