Job Summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is hiring experienced IT Recruiters with hands-on experience in LATAM and/or Canada IT Staffing. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, negotiation, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for LATAM & Canadian IT requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Indeed, Dice, social media and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate submission and candidate records.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Teams and Hiring Managers.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of IT Recruitment experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience recruiting LATAM and/or Canadian IT professionals.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies,



technical roles and skill sets.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven workplace.
- US Staffing/Consulting experience is an advantage.
